How do we manufacture our products?
We use advanced injection molding technology for plastic materials, including Arburg and HAITAN injection molding machines, which enable precision and quality in production.
Our technology
Our workshop uses advanced technology of injection molding of plastic materials, including Arburg and HAITAN injection molding machines, which enable precision and quality in production. With our plastic injection molding machines, we produce plastic components in the weight range of 100 to 300 grams, with a clamping force of 100 to 160 tons. The use of these highly efficient and precise machines allows us to produce large batches of products with high quality and consistency.
Arburg injectors
Our technology includes high-precision Arburg injection molding machines that enable the production of complex plastic components with exceptional accuracy and consistency.
HAITAN machines
HAITAN machines and technology enable energy-efficient production of medium and large batches, with optimal resource consumption and consistent quality.
Precision molds
We apply advanced mold making technology that enables fine shaping of details and perfect reproduction of product design.
Injection molding process
Injection molding is one of the most efficient and cost-effective methods of manufacturing plastic products. This cyclical process enables mass production of high-quality plastic components at minimal cost. The process involves heating the plastic material to its melting point, after which the melt is injected under high pressure into the mold. In the mold, the material is shaped, cooled, and comes out in the form of a finished product.
Material preparation
Selection and preparation of high-quality polymers or recycled plastics according to product requirements.
Heating
Heating the material to the melting point in the syringe cylinder.
Injection
Injecting molten material under high pressure into a precisely manufactured mold.
Cooling
Cooling the material in the mold until it takes the desired shape.
Ejection
Opening the mold and ejecting the finished product.
Quality control
Thorough inspection of each product to ensure impeccable quality.
